It seems like the more pictures I take the more fascinated I get with the process.
The sky outside was a really cool set of colors earlier this evening so I decided to try and get some pictures. Shooting out of the window is always tricky but I’m starting to get the hang of it.
I love motion in photographs and when I have a chance to try and capture it I do what I can to do just that.
The first thing I did was take twelve photos and turned them in to a collage. The photos themselves showed some nice motion individually but I wanted to see what the combination looked like. That’s the picture at the left.
Then I decided to see what I could do with ImageMagick to create an animated version of twelve of the photos I took. That’s the picture below.
Who says animated gifs are a complete waste of time?
